Hi:
I had trouble getting DirectTV HD installed in my home. I posted a message in this forum. Someone who works for Premier in ND was kind enough to help me. He called the regional manager in Minnesota. I got a call from Sal who is the regional manager for Minnesota. Even though I was scheduled for install on Saturday I was offered an install this evening at 5:00 pm. Mike and one more person showed up exactly on time. It was exteremly cold here with wind chill advisory. I was concerned for their health and offerred to reschedule. They refused. They remove my old Dish and installed new Dish. They were able to configure my DVR and HD receiver relatively quickly. They verified the install and signal strength looked good. I showed them my "Undocumented Receiver Installation Tips". They liked it so much that they took it to give to their crew. I am enjoying my DirecTV HD service and I want to thank "urnote96" who introduced me to Sal from Premier.
