SD audio problem on HR20-700

I added a HR20-700 yesterday and today noticed that SD channels - particularly the SD locals - have garbled audio. HD channels are fine. Software is 1EA.

Audio is the same on either composite or component cables to a SD TV.

I've rebooted, reloaded, and also called DTV with no resolution. Any ideas?

HR20-700 in the other room is fine.

Any ideas?

Second call to Dtv and they're replacing the unit.

There must be plenty of HR20s in the warehouse. I received a replacement, activated it without the sound problem.

It gets 1Fx tonight. Ready for MRV.
