I have a HR21 and a HR20. Our family has been noting that nearly all our recordings start late by about 30 to 60 seconds. It is kind of like the clock on the box is a little slow.
I believe the internal clock is tied to the satellite clock but is there anything that can be done on the box end, apart from telling the prioritizer to start all recordings 1 minute early (which may then lead to conflicts)?
We never noticed this on our HR10 which for the most part was very reliable in its ability to start recording on time, so I feel that this is HR2x issue.
Any help?
