They were supposed to send 2 HD DVR's and the work order only said one.
They also told me they can't give me the distant networks even though I had them before under a waiver. They will give me CBS because they have record of that. The others are supposed to be grandfathered in but are no longer :confused:
So I have to wait 30-45 days (in the end I know it's not all D's fault, just frustrating) for the rest of the networks and I have to call and do an upgrade for my second DVR :mad:
The picture however in the middle of the ice storm is fantastic!:D
Hopefuly I can get this all fixed. I just can't cancel my cable until then.
