I always have to hit refresh when I move from one page to another on all Forums I visit. What setting do I have wrong that makes me have to hit refresh to see the most current posts even when I first log in I have to hit refresh so it shows that I have logged in. Something about Cache and cookies? Thanks for any help in advance.

It would be helpful to know what browser and browser version you are running...

Not sure where it is in IE6 (I use IE7, Firefox, & Safari)... but I'm sure it's there somewhere... Go into the Internet Options... and look for something that says 'Check for newer versions of stored pages:'... mine is set to 'Automatically' and refreshes fine... but if yours is on that and still not working... try the 'Every time I visit the page' option....

That did it! My setting was on"never". I knew it had to be a setting right in front of my eyes but I couldn't find it. Thanks AirRocker!! You The Man!! That was very annoying to not know if you were looking at new posts or not.
btw that setting is under the General Tab in Internet Options.Go to Temporary Internet files and go to settings than "Check for newer versions of stored pages" is the first setting you can change.
