Well, had my Tivo SD replaced with a new HD reciever and the install went very well.
Geoff from Advanced Technologies did an excellent job. I wanted to help secure the dish on the roof because I'm familiar w/ my house and wanted it to be very stable. He worked with me, did everything I requested, and ended up w/ signals in the 90s+. Even then he said 'I can do better...' and redid the alignment.
Very professional, helpful and did a very good job. With all the posts on bad installs I wanted to make sure there's some 'good install' stories too - given I bet most installs are done pretty well.
I'm enjoying my HD now!!
