I had some issues with them not giving me the Distant Locals. They found one waiver and said they would have to apply for the others even though they are grandfathered. 20 minutes later, boom, I have all but CBS HD. Forgot to ask about that when I called today. :mad: DOH!
Anyway, had to argue with a manager today over the 99 install charge for my second HD DVR. nobody told me about it. They waved it for me which is good as they had a bunch of computer problems ect the day I got DTV turned on. Next I was supposed to have 3 months free of HBO ect.....he fixed that as well as adding the $10 a month credit and getting me the $100 rebate that the first CSR failed to tell me about.
I kept my cool and my second dvr will be installed Thursday. The holes will be pre-drilled as to get them in and out. Don't want to waste my time or theirs.
The software is a 100% improvement over what I had a year ago. Everything is now intuitive (still wich Channels I receive worked) and easier to use than before. the HD picture BLOWS AWAY anything I had on cable. It's even noticeable on my 53" Hitachi (which will display 16x9 but only at 480p). I'm in love.
Time to get off my butt and decide between the 65" Olevia LCD or the Samsung 58" Plasma. My wife (bles her heart) said a 52" wasn't big enough :D :D

I'm glad to see all of the improvements, it has made me 1 happy camper.
