Hi all,
I recently installed two brand new H21-200 receivers. I have placed them in cabinets below the TVs, so therefore I would like to enable the RF feature on the remotes. However, I have tried switching to RF mode several times and following the on-screen instructions (entering in codes) and it does not work on either. In order to get the remote functioning again I must revert back to IR mode. I have called Directv about this issue and they had no helpful solutions, they are sending a technician out but I wanted to see if I could fix it before then. Thank you very much.
