View Full Version : 30-sec skip skipping to the end?

I've noticed thee times now that the 30-sec SKIP will sometimes skip me right to the end of the program, or near the end sometimes jumping a half hour or so.
I have to restart the program and FF to where I was. Annoying.
I'm definitely pushing JUST the skip button since on my universal remote its nowhere near the FF button.
Anybody else experiencing this?

Are you pressing and holding the button? When you do it will jump you to the end. That is what it is suppose to do.

my wife has done that several times by accident and I've even done it once or twice myself.

Let's practice now. Press and release. Press and release. Very good.

I don't know if your remote is in RF mode, but with mine in that mode, if I try to stack skips really fast, it gets interpreted as press-and-hold. :D
