Stargate: Atlantis from 2-6-08...Audio problems

I had recorded Stargate: Atlantis on 2-6-08 and when I played it back, all I heard was the background music and some of the effects sounds....no vocals. Seems like the commercials were ok, tho...could hear the vocals fine on them.
Is anyone aware of any problems with this broadcast?
This is the only recording I've ever had a problem with like this.

Are you using Dolby 5.1 and a home theater sound system? If so try using the TV's speakers without the Dolby or the sound system without Dolby.

Same here. I just deleted it. My system is basic....stereo. Every other recording along with live tv sounds good.

Sounds like a problem with the broadcast as it was fine on Friday. Note that last weeks episode gets repeated on Friday before the new one so you'll have another chance to snag it.

This was an older re-run...I think it was the final episode of "The Siege", where they were defending Atlantis from the Wraith.
I wasn't using 5.1, just PCM audio.
Since at least one other person had the same thing happen, I think I'm going to assume it was a bad broadcast, especially since the commercials in that episode were ok.
