FBN (359) Can't turn of CC

Fox Business News HD (359) has closed captioning on during the show (goes off during commercials) - can't turn it off - direct tv customer support blew me off - happens on both HR-20's - what is going on?

Weird. It looks like the CC text is in the source video and not generated by the HR20 or TV. Turn on CC in the HR20 or TV and you will see the CC text is superimposed over the CC text you can't get rid of.

I haven't watched this channel before. Has this just started?

this is happening on BOTH of my H20-100's (note NON DVR HERE)
this may be a fox issue.

I saw it when I was home for lunch too. Hope it goes away soon. :lol: :lol:

I also think it must be a fault at Fox's end... I often watch FBN in the mornings and have never seen this before. I did check my receiver settings but it confirmed CC OFF. It did not occur on any of the other channels I tried.
