So I'm checking my recordings from this morning for "The Night Stalker" on Chiller 'cause we got some wet snow overnight and I was afraid the dish might be blocked.
Sure enough, the first recording was garbage. Fine, I delete it.
I check the second recording, it appears OK but starts to play about a minute into the show (which happens).
Or so I thought...
So I start rewinding to get to the beginning, but instead of stopping the time point starts to show -1: and then -2:, etc. I continue to rewind even faster and faster, till I give up when it shows -18! What the heck? These shows were back to back, does the DVR actually make one gigantic recording and then just segment them for display? Has anyone seen this? :confused:
