E* sanctioned over lawsuit

U.S. District Judge Marcia Krieger ordered E* to reimburse AXA Space Inc. for legal fees (nearly $300,000) the insurer incurred in defending itself against E*'s boycott conspiracy claims in a frivolous antitrust suit.

Hmm... I'm no fan of insurance companies myself, but yeah, E*'s actions are over the top on this one.

That story is pretty one sided.. There is always another side, however whether we'll ever hear it is debatable.
