I was wondering what was going on with 103 (s). It seems that my signal meters are low an I was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem?

103s is a spot beam SAT that is used for HD locals in certain markets. So if you don't use 103s in your area you are picking up lower signals from another area because you are just outside the spot beam area. So you signals are fine.

Are you actually have reception problems on any channels - especially your local HD channels? If not, then you're fine.
