No, only DirecTiVo boxes do, but that's reported to TiVo, not DirecTV.

DirecTivo boxes collect data and report based only on ZIP Code, not iindividual viewers. DirecTivo users can also opt out of having data collected.

I have heard otherwise from someone that was colonial and knew of certain intelligence. It could have not been the truth though. I know of customers that refuse to have their phone lines connected.
