I've got an old ATI Rage All In Wonder 128 Pro video card that I do occasional composite video capture with. The capture quit working and after installing a PCI ATI Radeon 7000 to drive my HDTV.

Anybody got an idea why the capture quit working? (Something about the wdm-vfw wrapper not working, maybe?) It could be I need the original CD that has some Multi-Media Center capture files. Any body out there got one?

I had an All In Wonder but can't remember the specific model. I know after I upgraded my ATI Radeon video card I had some issues with capture as well, but I resolved that by downloading updated software from ATI.

Check out their web site and grab the latest drivers for your products - see if that helps.

Thanks for the reply, but I tried that and although the video driver works fine, it didn't help my capture problem. 0h well, I guess it's time to give up and try something else. Perhaps I need Windows XP (I'm running Windows 2000) or new capture hardware.

I've found that upgrading the drivers for an ATI card is often a bad idea. I've never been able to successfully update my All-In-Wonder or TV Wonder cards and have had to return the original distribution CD (which is problematic now that they've changed guide providers).
