View Full Version : Audio drop during HD Playlist playbacks

Anyone else get these? I get them like 4 or 5 during a 2 hour movie, only last like 2 seconds but are annoying.

Any idea on how to correct?

Yes I have had these for sometime now. I called D* last weekend and was told that they are working on a fix but no time frame lets hope it is real soon because it is very annoying

How about some titles... of the programs...
Or the channels they are from...


As for the "they are working on the fix"... that is pretty much a standard reply from a CSR.

More details the better, so the people that need to know about the issues... can see them... and then actually "work" on the fix.

I know that can be the standard reply I was at the 2nd level support when I was told this. The guy said he had the same preoblems that I was having and were just kind of shooting the shi& and he brought up the fact it is a fix being worked on.

I have this problem across the board with HD and SD channels Dolby on or off on both HR 20 700's. I wish there were a patteren but there isn't it is live tv recorded programs SD and HD and a bubnch of different channels.

I will say the last few days it does seem better but still get them just not as frequent.
