Install Problems with Second Dish

Has anyone else had problems getting the second dish installed? I made an appointment for this past weekend and stayed around all day and no one showed up. I think Dish Network outsources their installs to Via Satellite in my area. I was just wondering if Dish typically compensates people for this type of time wasting? I know the dish is being installed for free but that is because they don't have all my local channels and I am paying for them.

Just curious other people's experiences

Yes I had a similar problem, but not on the initial second dish install. The install was on 12/1, the guy showed up right on time, installed the dish and SW64. To make a long story short, not more then two weeks later the SW64 dies and had to be replaced. The guy was supposed to come on the Sunday before Christmas but he never showed up. The job didn't get done until the following week. Because we were without service for 2 weeks, Dish gave us a $20 credit on our bill. This was due to the fact we had no satellite tv for that time period.
