I am trying to set up my HR-20 to talk over the wireless network. The onscreen prompts get to the main setup screen and it displays the IP address numbers and the Subnet Mask numbers. The Default Gateway & DNS have dashes, then the "Network: not connected (9)" and "Internet: not connected (12)".

That's where I get stymied.

I know that the wireless network is working because my desktop is able to browse and my laptop can connect wirelessly.

What am I not doing?

Welcome to DBSTalk!

What networking device is your HR20 connected to (make/model)? What network address is displayed?
