I try to tune to the Hotpass channels (on my HR20, primary receiver on my account) and get prompted about spending locks. WTF?! Why am I getting prompted for spending locks for a package I'm subbed to?
Nice little prompt about about how the current showing is well underway (duh! delayed) and the system is trying to protect me from spending on a program that is most of way through, but this is just stupid.
Time to call up and talk to a clueless CSR to tell them that I'm not getting my Hotpass programming?
