I had a second DVR installed recently. Installer told me he couldn't run a second line easily and that I'd need an electrician. So my DVR has only 1 line/1 record capability at the moment. But the installer said they've been piloting single-line multi-switches which snap right onto the DVR and that this will make it possible for my DVR to record 2 shows off 1-line...no wiring required. So...do you experts know when I might be able to get my hands on one? Customer Service/Tech Support had no answer for this one. Thank you all. Great site! You all are super helpful for us non-technical TV junkies! Oh, forgot I've got one HR20 and the new one is an HR21. Thanks!
