I got that email also offering the two "free previews".

I'll believe it when I don't get "721 Channel Not Purchased" on the channels advertised during the days advertised.

The last few years getting these so-called "free previews" has been hit and miss on my account. Sometimes I get Showtime but NOT The Movie Channel. Sometimes I get HBO sometimes not. Even though these "previews" are supposed to run Thursday-Sunday they often don't start until Saturday (when I'm assuming they are tired of hearing from subscribers who read their e-mails and wonder how to get the preview) The last time I called CS a few times and they said they would check into it. :lol: They were still "checking into it" on Monday after the free preview was over. And they offered this comforting message: "We certainly can't give you credit for not getting channels you haven't paid for in the first place". Interesting logic but bad customer service.

If it is a free preview of those channels does that mean we can get the DODs for those channels on those days.....?
