Where's my contract date?

I used to see that in the old DIrectv website. My contract has been up for a few years now. I just got a new HR21 in December, and expected to see a new contract for 12 or 24 months (I don't know which it is now). The installer never had me sign anything, and the CSR I talked to at that time only told me about it being a leased receiver and property of Directv (and their problem if it breaks :p ).

So am I still considered out of contract or where can I find that information now?

By adding the HR21 to your account you got a new 2 year contract.

I don't believe it says on the website anymore. You have to call and ask.

Which is ridiculous. I called on Monday to drop the West Coast feeds on my two Distant Nets and all the while the automated menu prompts are pestering me that I can do things through the web site. Then I get two separate e-mail follow-ups re that same subject. Hey, if I coulda, I woulda.

If you can put all the other info about my account on-line, what's the hold up on putting my contract date start there as well?
