I went to DirecTV On Demand and downloaded the movie, "The Bourne Ultimatum" (HD version) and knew I would have to pay. But, I don't see the option to purchase. It is showing "Check Internet connection or phone line to order. (732) and shows my receiver id and card id. What do I do? How do I purchase it?

If I recall correctly, I believe the 732 nag means your over your account's predetermined spending limit and/or your account doesn't have the ability to order ppv's without calling a csr.

That can't be right. I haven't ordered pay per view movies since maybe January. I've had the ability before.

Do you have your phone line connected? If you bring up a regular PPV channel, can you order the PPV movie with your remote control? Do you have any parental controls set?
Just wondering if that DVRs "knows" that it's authorized for PPV/VOD purchases.
