The HDMI output on my 622 quit working, no video or audio output. This happened several times with my old 942. Is it still a regular problem on the 622?

Have you tried the obvious?

Re-seat cables at both ends, cold restart, check all settings, etc.......?

Assuming you have, I suggest you call Customer Care.
