I drew the 8 - 12 slot today for my fourth install visit stretching back to October.
This guy was to install the 2 additional lines for my DVR's that installer #3 skipped out on Thursday without dealing with. I am 100% Positive that he knew I wanted them but pulled a fast one on my wife and just didn't even try to install the lines.
Anyway got a call at 8:15 and he was on my doorstep by 820. Was pleasant and knowledgeable AND most importantly flexilble - All 3 previous installers had said "IMPOSSIBLE" to my converted garage install.
Well not only did he complete the entire install as I had requested; he also moved a box that was giving me some trouble.
Frankly after this fiasco in trying to get the 5LNB and 2 HR21's installed since October - well he was THE MAN. I only wish he had showed up months ago.
Oh yea = I gladly gave him a #20 for his lunch.
