I think I've experienced this basically since July, although it only happens about once every few weeks. When I am in the cleanup menu, and am going through selecting shows to delete it will stop scrolling down like it's at the end (it's not) and then when you keep trying to scroll it boots you back to the PVR menu. This happened to me twice today just as I was nearing the end. I really only start cleaning up when it hits about 15 hours remaining.
