New customer...What equipment can I expect?

I've been a lurker for a while and a low profile CEer. I don't often post because most of my questions are already answered, but I'm finding conflicting information on this issue. Here goes...

My parents are switching from Dish Network to DirecTV soon, and I was wondering what equipment installers have right now. They live in 31328 and they will need the following:

1 HD-DVR w/OTA (is there one?)
2- SD-DVR

Is SWM dish available yet? They have a dual drop to their living room, but the others are single line.

I know this post spans a few forums, but this one seems to be the best fit.

if you are lucky they might get the HR20, but that is unlikely, call the HSP and see if they have a HR20 available
you will probably get 2 R15s
SWM is not likely available but if it is, you will get R16 units

The AM21 was announced at CES for HR21 OTA availability. No date on when it's going to be released though. Here's a thread on it.

The only current equipment that meets that requirement is the HR20. The HR21 is the other HD DVR but it does not have included OTA. An add-on item, the AM21, to add OTA capability to the HR21 is expected in the near future.

2- SD-DVR

R15 or R16 is the SD DVR. For a new install, they may get the R16, don't know what the R15 inventory looks like.

Not yet, at least not for general installations. If they do go SWM, then the SD DVR will have to be the R16 as the R15 will not work with SWM.
