A federal judge has dismissed two of the four claims filed by a former Dish Network executive assistant against the Douglas County-based satellite TV company.
U.S. District Judge Zita Weinschienk dismissed Sharon Baker's claims of a hostile work environment and breach of contract, leaving allegations of gender discrimination and retaliation.
