I have a question,i was wondering am i still able to get Dish network even if i do not have a phone line ? I really want to get one but i read somewere on there website that you need a active phone line. (I have Cable Internet and a Cell Phone so i have no use really for a regular phone line in the house)

Yes. The only thing that the Dish receivers use the phone line for is to report PPV purchases via the remote control and to send back info on the customer service screen on the Dish Home feature when you pay by the receiver (if available yet). I have three receivers which have rarely (if ever) been plugged in to the phone lines. No problems in 6 years.
