I plan on a pole mount for a slimline dish. The RG 6 will be buried approx. 1 ft deep. My a/c power lines are buried 3 ft deep (ac to the house) and at one point the the rg 6 will pass over the buried a/c wiring. Will this cause any type of interference with the satellite signal running through the rg 6?

No problem; just don't run the cable parallel to the power lines.

Also use quad shield RG 6 and put it in a conduit. Also call your local utility location service such as Dig Tess. They will come out for free and mark all utilities and that eliminates your liability if you hit a line that was not marked and provides more safety.
