I don't know of any "new" channels that are being planned...

Mostly what is planned are new HD versions of existing channels.

And possible some more pay movie options.

The 3 channels I'm waiting for have all been offering HD for months - in the UK. I'm only confident about one showing up, this year - BBCAmerica - though all 3 have said they would be, real soon now.

Is this just speculation or do you actually see this happening, I have been waiting for them to add more channels for years, they haven't changed the cinemax lineup since the old USSB days. With them adding additional Starz channels I was hoping they would do the same with the HBO's when they go HD.

I have no official list, other then the note statements about the future HD channels that are comming...

They are always evaluating more channels from HBO (and I do believe they announced a few will be added when HBO gets on their MPEG-4 stream).

But no... I don't have any contacts in the contracts/programming areas...

So these are speculation on my part, putting pieces together.
