Mount 72.5 Round Dish on Slimline Pole?

I am in an area that still requires the small round dish for 72.5 degree locals. To get proper line of site with a slimline, it had to be pole mounted on the opposite end of my house. I would like to move the 72.5 dish over to the same pole to simplify cabling and clean things up, but it looks like the OD of the pole mounts are different. Is there an easy way to mount the smaller dish on the same pole as the slimline?

2 u-bolts will hold it to the pole. A couple of self tapping screws will help keep it from spining around. It will be a hack job though. Also, make darn sure that pole is well cemented in the ground.
