I am really confused by DirecTV's billing system....
Yesterday, a $10 referral credit mysterioiusly appeared on my account.
I keep a very detailed record(I record all phone calls and keep all papers)
of all my trasaction with DirecTV,so I know the $10 credit has no reason
to be there... (not that I'm complaninig or anything, since $10 is just as
good as money, which is just as good as cash)
Did anyone else receive this $10 as well?
Thanks! :)

I bet someone said that you referred them when they signed up for DirecTV.

In order for someone to get credit from referrals, the person being referred has to have the account number of the customer.
I didn't get a referral credit, but i did get double charged for HD.

I made a referred my brother-in-law last November. He provided my account number when he activated his account and was told to let me know I'd get my credit within the next couple of billing cycles. I have yet to see any credit.
Maybe you got mine?

I referred my parents. DirecTV is taking $10 off for the next 5 billing cycles.
