Just curious. Do any of you in say Detroit or any of the other cities/states that border Canada, watch Canadian Idol? How does it compare to AI?

Yes - I have "watched" Canadian Idol, also Australian, American and a few others... one "must" to keep up with "trends" and the Music Likes & Genres (in current vogue) ... around the world.

& Just like every one of these "Latent_Talent_Quests"...
there will always be "extremely" bland performers.. as well as one or two - extremely talented individuals... it is a savage world out there - and someone must be the "top" performer... be that from Banglidesh, Sinia Desert, Peru, New Zealand - or Canada... (notice I have'nt put America - in that list... as these are often hashed, bashed & remashed... beyond belief)

P.s ...? as I assume you are "referencing" ANY country - bordering with CANADA...
(and as the OCEAN is a very GOOD border - can I assume correctly - that NZ - (being on another of the Pacific Ocean "rims" - Bordering Canada)... is to be "included" into your askings... ??? cheers.
