Tried for the first time yesterday, no go. Every time I clicked on a scheduled program, it would say, "Program not found." I checked all my settings, everything looked fine so I called a CSR to see if I needed to authorize the box or something and the rep said, no, it's a known issue and the are working on. Turns out they were because I tried again tonight and it works flawlessly. Very cool...
