View Full Version : What happened w/ HD Channel 95?

Been a customer for a couple months now, and I swear in the beginning Channel 95 worked. But now whenever I've tried to change it to that station, it tells me I'm not subscribed to it. I have the the total plus hd dvr, plus the HD extra pack.

Was this channel changed recently or something? Sorry if it's a dumb question but it really seems to me like that station used to work.

It depends on what the channel is broadcasting. If it's broadcasting a sporting event, that may be restricted to only those subscribers in the sports package that is being shown (NFL, NBA, NHL, etc.). Other reasons could keep the channel unviewable blackout rules for one.

I have seen a few hockey games, but i think its more for sport package games.

it is mpeg2 hd for NBA LP, NHL CI, MLB EI. If your RSN was showing an HD game there, then it was typically unlocked.

Channel 95 is a special event, "changing" channel.

So at sometimes you will be able to tune it, others you won't.

Will this channel come in for me more frequently since I just signed up for the Sports extra package? With all the FSN networks and things like that? Or is it independent.
