Arrghh. Does this new FCC ruling mean that DTV (and Dish) are actually going to be allowed to degrade the quality of their HD signals just to carry more HD channels? If you can't carry HD channels, you shouldn't be allowed to call them HD channels.

After reading that link, I don't see where there is any "degrading" of HD. It has to do with the number of channels and not the quality. They got a break on the "all or none".
