I'm getting a blank screen on WBZ occasionally. Most noticeably when I change the channel and then turn it back.
BTW the HD PQ on WBZ for the NCAA tourney is really lousy, IMO.

Ch4 HD-Def and the local Boston channels are ok for me....could the winds be testing out our bad or good our AT9 or AU9 5LNB dish installs are?

Can anyone confirm if lyngsat is correct is saying the boston hd locals are on sat 99? Also if anyone with boston hd locals could post their signal strength on which transponders I would really appreciate it.

Yes, they are on 99 and signals are usally in the high 90's or even 100. Very strong signals. Not sure which ones they are from but there is only on transponder that shows 0 last time I looked. Getting all very well this AM.
I compared the satellite and OTA versions of Boston 4, 5 and 7 and sometimes I thought the OTA version looked just a bit better, but other times it was hard to see a difference. This is on a 60" Sony KDX-R60XBR1 with the HR21 set to "native" resolution so the TV does any upscaling.
What I did find amusing, and I had not noticed this before, was that the satellite version seemed to be a few seconds behind OTA. (Since I'm using an AM21 as the tuner, both signals were passing through the HR21.)

Here's mine (99b) from a H20-600:
44 94 0 94 53 94
so it must be the even transponder spot beam....
