Guess I will be picking up one of the extra Wii Guitars the moment they are available... really hope this doesn't screw up the Aerosmith verison this summer.

Interesting considering that when I visited the Gibson Guitars booth at the CES show last year they were promoting Guitar Hero all over the place, including having one of the guitar players who took part in recording the parts there and playing with one of the bands. Another silly lawsuit.

This is what I "love" the most about this country. Anyone will sue anyone over anything.

Gibson was obviously already collecting a licensing fee to begin with (considering the Les Paul and Xplorer controllers).

Guitar Hero has been out for a couple of years now.

One would think that if this were really an issue (outside of greed/"compensation"), it would have been addressed sooner.

(I'm stating the obvious, I know, but this "legal" crap when used this way just disgusts me)
