Can anyone ID the spotbeams numbered in this picture?

That was the spot beam map for "The new Echostar 1" satellite that was to be built for the newly merged E/D*. This super satellite was to put a spot on every market not already covered by a spot so LIL could come to every market in the country. There is more details at the FCC, but not worth looking after them because merger was killed and the satellite will never be built.
