I'm installing a Slimline Dish is Mississippi soon and hope to draw upon the collective knowledge here to assist me in the process. Some of you will recall I tried this recently and had a real issue with aiming to the point where I thought the LNB was bad.
So this time I've obtained a Acutrac III and gone over the process a few times to aim to the 101 for azimuth and elevation then adjust the tilt on the 119. Got the proper azimuth, elevation and tilt settings from DirecTv and have all the physical equipment ready to go. The house has an unobstructed view and currently has a 3LNB in place.
Any words of advice that can make this successful would be appreciated. I've done a bunch of these in NJ but for some reason it's more challenging in MS.
