Apparently last night noticed many Ppv channels as well as the Encore/Starz channels had "off air". Well provably the SCC @ Dish (satellite control center in Cheyenne) may have switched E*6 online. Transponders 13, 24, 27, and 29 are now reading higher signal strengths........
