Looks like another PPV channel - ch 539 - is coming up around Feb 15th or so - more likely Latino PPV channel

Why do they have to have a Latino PPV channel. I know that Dish supports multiple Languages per channel. Why don't they just use that for the audio tracks.

The every Movie can have Espanol track and English.

When channel 538 was 525, it showed two spanish movies over and over for a few weeks, then it went back to American movies.

The movies that will be shown on channel 539 are produced in Spanish. These are to be movies from Spain and Latin America. According to the Dish Press release, there will be 5 Spanish language movies (not dubbed into Spanish) a month. Looks like the test they had on channel 525 was successful. However I do find it ironic that in the same week Dish removes one Spanish language premium service and adds a PPV channel. :)
