I have a used rca 490re that has some scratches on the top of the unit, it will boot up to the menu screen at start up. This is all the testing I have done to it. This unit comes with a new P4 card but I dont have a remote. the price is 200 dollars email me at sticks2u@bellsouth.net or 150.00 without the card
