I'm trying to cancel my subscription to MLB EI. Didn't realize I still had auto renew and now its too late according to two CSR's I've emailed.
Any suggestions?

From my understanding... once the season starts.
You can't cancel it...
You would have to elevate it on the CSR tier (via phone calls).
And try to convince someone one to cancel it.

Had the same problem two years ago. At that time, they told me that if I had cancelled while the Free Preview was still on, I would be OK. Unfortunately, I tried to cancel two weeks later to no avail.
I had a friend who went through this last year and D* cancelled his subscription but he still lost the first of the scheduled installment payments. I can't imagine cancelling myself, especially with all the HD games now, but would think that, if pressed, D* would be rather obligated to allow a cancellation while retaining anything already paid. Just makes good business sense. And, if the person was a long time customer, they should give him/her a break and allow cancellation without penalty - but only IF notice came BEFORE games were played. There has to be some cutoff. After all, whether you have paper sent by D* or just use the website, you CAN and SHOULD find out if EI is scheduled to be renewed, or not. IMHO, and all that, of course.

I called on Monday because they had auto renwed it for me and i had to go through the long process of the CSR removing all my programming and readding them one at a time and he kept forgetting to add things that were on the account before. I got lucky calling before the season started. Its gond now i beleive.
How much is it? If you can transfer the subscription over to my account I'll pay you half price :)
