Can you all tell us who won the 508 contest yet?

Or has a name not been drawn yet?

I was just checking cause I can't find the results for the polls and who won.

The number was just drawn, now we are waiting on the verification of the number.

The way it worked was that all the correct entries were randomized and put into an excel spreadsheet, the spreadsheet was then shared between Mark and Chris (and ONLY with Mark and Chris) then John Corn was asked to randomly select a number (which he just did) Now they will match up that number with the same number in the Excel spreadsheet, and will name the winner.

The winner will be contacted via email, and as soon as we hear back from this person, the winner will be announced, and we'll start up the contest again for the next month with the new prize package.

Email hasn't been sent yet, Tony. :lol: I'm still waiting on confirmation from Chris. Who knows if you'll be the one getting the email or not? The only thing that I know for sure right now is that the email won't be coming to me. :( Oh well...the price I pay for running these things... :)

My ISP has a "spam filter" and I noticed that they are marking mail from DBStalk as spam (I have no idea why and I have got mail from Scott that wasn't blocked). I have to submit a "permit" so that all DBStalk.com mail gets through. I would hate to miss that "you are a winner" e-mail.

your ISP must be using the same "smart" spam filter that mine uses.
I just disabled it becaue it seemed to be random at what it caught. It was even catching personal emails that were plain jane, no attachments, etc.
Be a good idea for anyone with a email filter to check the quarantine list. ;)

Yes, a PM went to the winner as well. And just to let you guys off the hook - no one that has posted to this thread to this point was the drawn name.

The reason that I don't post who the winner is yet is that he/she has to come forward to claim the prize before I can make it public in the event that we have to draw another winner.
