Board policy on copyrighted articles

Just what exactly is the board policy in regards to reposting copyrighted articles? I've posted articles from various magazines, but only a paragraph or two (under fair use), plus a link back to the original article.

You got it! That's exactly how we do things around here. We post a small part of the article and provide a link back to the original web site with the complete article. We do have permission from SkyReport to post their complete articles as long as there is a link back to SkyReport.com at the bottom.

Okay, I've been meaning to ask because people have posted entire articles from the NY Times or Yahoo in the past.
