Video stuttering on NASCAR 4/6 on Fox

I'm not sure if this is a problem with our local carrier, KTXL Fox 40 in Sacrmento or what, but every second the video stops for a fraction of a second, then picks back up again. If you watch the standings crawl it's really obvious.

Anybody else seeing this?

FOX 25 OKC is showing a black screen. Nothing on the
HD feed. SD is coming in ok..


UPdate: It's back on however 4:3

No issues(so far) on Fox-HD here is West Palm Beach(Comcast)

I live in sacramento and had the same issue watching nascar today on directv!!! switched to OTA antenna and it did not have the issue... also on local sac channel 10 the screen is slighty jumping up and down...
