View Full Version : Need help in trying to return equip.

On 2/22 I called & canceled service with D, no problems in doing that. I was told my billing cycle would be up 3/8, and I would get return kits within 3 days to return. I never did get kits.
On 3/13 I call inquiring status, they stated was sorry for delay, they would go out on 3/17, I should receive within 3 days. I did not recd.
I called again on 3/25 to inquire again, they stated kits where returned because they had been refused, that is not so, they were never delivered by Fedex, there was one day I saw the Fedex truck go by but did not stop because my bridge was flooded due to high water.
I finallly did rec'd kits on 3/27, so I packed receivers up to return following directions in boxes, labels & tape to do so was there, but no pre-paid Fedex Airbill.
On 3/31 I called D explained all this, they told me they would have to sent me returned kits again, I should rec'd within 3 days. I did not rec'd within 3 days as stated, so day 4 & 5 my bridge was flooded in again due to very high water levels.
So far whenever I call I have to go through all this with 2 differnt levels Does anyone know who I could contact to get all this taken care of.

Have they stopped billing you?
Are you due a refund or reimbursement when the equipment is returned?

If no, keep documentation of times, dates, and the persons you have talked to and ignore them until they contact you.

If there is still money involved, you need to call them until they get it right.... unless you haven't paid your final bill yet.
If that's the case, I'd go ahead and pay the shipping and simply show the cost marked off the final balance.
